During checkout, you have the option to enter the specific code, it will be applied to the whole shopping cart.

Q: I have signed up for your Newsletter, where is my code?

Yes, if the order is not placed, you can remove the item from the shopping cart. But once you have placed the order, you can’t delete any item from the order.

Select a category from the drop-down menu, browse for an item you like and select it, you are going to be redirected to the product page, where you will need to select a color and size.

Q: Can I order over the phone?

Unfortunately, we do not provide this way at present. However, you can order directly from our online website or on your smartphone using our dedicated shopping app. If you have any question, you can ask our Live Chat group. We will solve your question as soon as possible.

Yes, you can always cancel your order before it is shipped. If the order is unpaid, you can cancel directly by yourself. Just find your unpaid order in My Orders and click "Cancel Order" button. The unpaid order will then be cancelled directly.

If you've paid your order, please contact our customer service and describe the reason for your cancellation.

Once your order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Then please follow our return policy, thank you for your understandings.

For best fit, please note that you can find the size details on each product page near the size choice. Make sure to take note of your exact measurements and compare to size details of each product.

Note: Our swimsuits are only available in standard size. If you are in between sizes, we suggest to choose the bigger one.

Q:What does one-size mean?

If you are not sure whether the clothing will fit, please refer to the product information for details or contact us for more information

It means that there is only one size available for the item, generally a medium size that fits the majority of customers.

Q:Do you use animals fur for your products?

Our products are not real fur, but are high quality artificial materials.

It depends on weight and distance. And you can see the exact fees when choosing the shipping method.

Q:Is there any additional fee or tax?

For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fee, duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax). However for some European countries, our customers may need to pay the duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

Q:Does UPS/DHL require a signature on delivery?

DHL requires signature of receiver, while UPS usually drops package at your yard/front door/porch when your are not home to receive the package.

Q:Do you ship to PO BOXes and APO/FPO/AFP military addresses?
A:

We can only ship to those addresses by standard shipping. If you want to receive the item(s) by expedited shipping, please provide a physical address.

Q:What is the delivery time?

Please note the total time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.)

Our normal delivery time is 5-10 business days of preparing the orders and plus 9-18 business days of shipping (express shipping (3-7 business days)).
